Request a complete price for the model and configuration you intend to order, with freight to your destination and all inclusions clearly identified. Confirm any additional unloading, assembly or equipment costs before comparing packages.
Clarify the expected delivery process, access requirements and who is responsible for moving each package after unloading. Read the applicable warranty and returns terms, and confirm how to request replacement parts or report transit damage. Do not treat an estimated dispatch date as a confirmed arrival date.
